Born in the Uk I left England at the age of 20 , I returned 22 years later having lived and worked in South Africa, Malta, the Far East and Australasia. I have a motorcycle which i use in fair weather and often like to pack it up with a tent and whiz down to Devon or Cornwall and spend the night or 2. My idea of a romantic getaway would be a beach hut on a secluded tropical island lagoon, seafood BBQ then lying on the beach at night and watching the night sky, however I would also be in my element in a remote olde world stone cottage in the middle of winter in Devon, with a real log fire burning and snuggling up on a rug .
