This bit's always tough to get right. But here it goes. My friend Eric recently told me I was a "beautiful lady of contradictions": Inside me were the seeds of a paradox; my exterior was pure luck. On the one hand I'm spontaneous, outrageous, clownish and amusing. By contrast, I can be intense, introspective, and thoughtful. A serious, ambitious and deeply principled side balances my mischievous and playful nature. I can be both optimist and skeptic. Idealist and gambler. Strong yet fragile. All in equal proportions, in constant conflict!! Needless to say, this duality can be either intriguing or frustrating.
