I’m a people person. The people in my life, professionally and personally, provide me a great deal of happiness. Whether it be family, friends, colleagues or a group of people that I’m meeting for the first time — I want to be sharing in a good laugh and lively conversation. I can be the joker in the room but I also know how to listen and learn. Companionship in a relationship is a priority for me so I’d like to find someone who enjoys similar interests. I want to be spending my days and nights with someone exploring our shared interest but also leave room for new adventures. Many of my interest focus on enjoying time at home. I like home improvement projects, grilling/smoking, cooking and gardening. In years where I had more time, I used to grow everything from seed. My other interests take me out into the world. I enjoy trips to the beach and day trips to local spots on the water. I plan to spend more time boating in the upcoming years, with the occasional fishing but really just relaxing and exploring the area by water. I also enjoy riding my Harley but I’m not a biker. You could just as easily convince me to go hiking for the day. But be warned, if you are looking for someone who lives life quietly, I’m not for you. I’m playful. I’m hoping we can tease each other. I’ll want to discuss the small stuff and the big stuff. Politics, religion/spirituality and the next appetizer we are going to order are all on the table. And I’ll want to belly laugh so hard that we risk waking the neighbors.
